Pizza, Rydian-style.

This is about the 500th pizza I've made. I didn't think to take pictures until I had already mixed and rolled out the dough, but it's not like I'll remember to do this next time.

This is my technique for making a pizza that's just right, without having to constantly check on it, because I can be 1-2 minutes late for each phase and it'll still come out fine.
